Occasionally you may have bought the wrong thing or too much of the wrong product. Sometimes goods are found to be damaged when taken out of their box.

In any of these circumstances we are happy to either exchange the product, offer a credit note against future purchases or give a full refund.

We only ask:

That the product was bought less than 30 days ago
It is in the original packaging and the packaging is undamaged
It is unused or in the case of liquid products, unopened
You have the original receipt

We CANNOT accept the return of paint, colour mixed to order, so be sure that you really, really like that shade before you purchase.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
